Descrizione: Questo corso convalida le conoscenze e le competenze richieste (di II livello o di livello tecnico del supporto III) per risolvere e mantenere fornitore di servizi IP NGN core (PE-PE e PE-CE) infrastrutture di rete. Con una certificazione CCNP SP Operations, un professionista della rete dimostra conoscenze e le competenze necessarie per isolare i problemi di prestazioni della rete, attuare misure proattive di guasto utilizzando processi di gestione delle operazioni, quadri e sistemi di gestione della rete.
